I am so sorry to hear about losing band members. That's tough and so affects your whole team I know. I've been there. I'll pray God provides. I've decided God is into "Just in time" inventory. PRoviding just as you need it.

Mate... that was a tough Sunday... my kids having been nagging for a pet for a while now... I've been resisting in part for what you just had to go through!

We're also having problems with finding musicians... we did not a have our bassist this past Sunday (which meant we had no bass) and our drummer doesn't really want to drum anymore... but he is holding out for us! Not fun at all!

Keeping you in prayer mate.

I can relate about losing worship team members. Between times of losing guitarists, or even just having weeks where even a few musicians were out of town, or losing quite a few choir members over a short period... it's never fun, you miss them church/ministry family-wise, and miss how much their own gifts add to the church/ministry as well.

Jeff,
I feel ya on the ebb and flow of worship musicians. My band on the verge of an ebb as well and it's no fun.
