One of my favorite "new" bands to listen to is The Myriad. I had not heard much from them before seeing them open during Crowder's Remedy club tour in October of last year at House of Blues. Since those days, they've become a staple on the local Christian rock station (PowerFM), and went on to win MTV2's Dew Circuit Breakout contest (voted on by the public).

I can honestly say I've never heard (or felt) a drum kit played as hard and as loud as Randy Miller did that night. The Myriad was a nice bunch of guys who put on a great show and played some great music for the Lord.

Now, Randy is in need of prayer and help. He was recently diagnosed with a rare, very aggressive form of cancer. Please watch this video from the band to learn more.
